[Resolved] Beam Telecom / Act — internet bill issue.

I have already informed the person who comes to collect the internet bill that i'm disconnecting the service. It has been almost two months that i have disconnected.
On date 29/09/2018 a guy came and reactivated my service as i wanted to reuse the service. But the due bill is showing 1680.72.
Please look into this matter. I cannot pay for something which i have not used.
I tried contacting customer service but they are always busy. I have also dropped a mail to email@example.com.
Also i want to disconnect my service its too much.
My act a/c number is[protected].
