[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet connection not being provided | |||||
I had a connection but had disconnected it in 2015. Now when i applied for a new connection for a different address, they sent a confirmation request. It has been 5 days since then. I received no call from act. Rather i have been calling up the customer care and every time they say our executive will get back in another 24 hours. It's really sad customer service.
