ACT Fibernet — internet connection not working for 4 days | |||
The internet connection in my apartment is down since sunday and the company is not repairing it. I called them multiple times and raised complaints, but there is no resolution. First complaint was raised on sunday 13th oct - complaint no: sr[protected] and their resolution time was by 11am 14th oct. Today is 16th oct and till date the internet is not working and there is neither a callback nor response from the act fibernet team Was this information helpful? | |||
