[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — internet new connection

Address:Flat No 104, B6, SBC Pristine Place Apt, Gajularamaram, Near Tatva School, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500055

I have paid the 6 months plan on aug 3rd 2019, my documents are collected but no internet connection provided till now aug 9th 2019. Customer services guys are telling my account is not created, usually account will be created on same day aug 4th/5th. They may misuse my documents/personnel data and important work is effected due to the delay. Please take immediate action on my complaint. I have followup with customer service executives and went to kphb branch and submitted a written complaint but no action was taken.
