Hi,
I have been following up so many times with your customer care team to arrange for router pick up. Nobody has arrived till now and I am just tired of raising this issue again and again.
It has almost been a month now since I raised this request.
Attaching the message which I got from your team on 18th February 2020. Below in trail is the email which was sent to me for disconnection later.
Due to you operation team's inefficiency, my money has not been refunded till now as the router has been not picked up. They are forcing the consequences on then customer when the fault is entirely their team's.
Escalating this to consumer forum.
