ACT Fibernet — new connection not provided and not responding after payment | |||
We applied for new connection 10 days ago, executives form act fibernet came to our office and collected the documents and payment for 6 moths, they said they will provide us the connection in 48 hours, on person came to us next day and said there is a box problem and a new box has to be set for this. He said another team will come and set up the new box. He said the process will be completed in 4 days, as there are holidays including bakrid festival, on 13 th august onward we have been waiting till today, no body called us, no body visited our office to provide us the connection, we started calling the executive who visited us, twice he lifted the call and said he will find out and will inform the exact status, later he stopped attending our calls. No one is answering us. Kindly take this complaint and try to make the service provider to provide us the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
