Beam Telecom / Act — no installation and no confirmation - gone blank

I thought taking internet connection from atria convergence technologies - act fibernet and paid them cheque of rs. 8, 206.00 which is been debited on 25th but no service so far. Whereas it was promised that connection would be done the day after cheque is given which is around 23rd or 24th feb. Since then i have been calling them everyday only to get a complaint number that's all. Cheque number is 407026 [sbi].
Tired with repeated calls i have raised cancellation request and full refund is expected as no installation or cabling was done. My mobile is [protected] which was registered with act.
Expecting early recovery of money paid.

There is not been a single effort to look into the matter or any effort to refund, I tend to believe this company is a fraud now.

Service Request No: SR[protected], now they are reporting 7 more days, doubtful if they have any reasoning.
