Account no :[protected]Act internet) I had requested for disconnection of act broadband service since their service is pathetic, form past one month, and the internet service was disconnected due to unknown reasons, so i requested for a permanent disconnection, but not getting proper response or guidance for disconnection formalities, rather the customer care executive is asking me to do the payment. Day by day the bill amount is increasing, for the service which i'm not using any more. Kindly help me out and solve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
