I have registered for act broadband connection, i paid all the transaction amount of rs 1447, on august 2, 2017 Since then there is no responce to anything, i have been calling customer care since 2nd of august 2017, they say we will escalte it and provide soln in 48 hrs every time i call. There is no responce to my mail. They send me app which i could not register with as user id is not registered. Even not responding to refind my money back. Feels i am looted.
