[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — not providing internet and not refunding money | |||
I have applied for Act connection in May.Although i have paid installation fees and money for my connection, The connection is still not available in my area is what the team informs me and then they advise as to some sales Team will contact. It's been 2 month now and 22 Mail chain with ACT helpdesk and Nodal officer. They just reply team is looking into it and nothing happens. This is same thing happening again and again and ACT is not refunding money Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also facing the same problem. Paid for 6months. They said not feasible at that area.
