ACT Fibernet — not providing proper service

Iam goutham from hyderabad iam using act from 2years but we shifted to other location in hyderabad iam facing connectivity from july 2019. Every month there will be 2-3 times connectivity i have call customer executives and mailed to nodal officer also but no response from them if call to customer support and tell them to connect supervisors they will keep in hold for 30 mins and then they will disconnect our call if we again called then they will tell us our team will call you but we won’t get the call from team they will tell us sir give us 48hours we will resolve but they won’t take resolve in 48hours we need to call them again then they will reopen our issue and again they will ask for 48 hours. Coming to nodal officer customer executive will tell us to mail nodal officer but there is no nodal officer for act they will send computerised mails it’s totally spam
