[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Not refunding money for failing to provide service over 14 days | |||||
I paid for my act subscription for may in advance but connection had intermittent issues and finally after 17th may, it never got worked. I had to request for disconnection and i took another connection from time broadband. Connection was neither fixed not discontinued until 8th june and they sent me bill for june also whereas i am expecting refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
