[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — refund my amount

I had subscribed for act fibernet on may 12 and the salesman promised that the installation will be done the day after. He took the money for 3 months via cash but the installation has not yet taken place. When i contact him he says connection is not feasible so he told refund will be given. But none of this has happened. He is not responsing my calls. This is the worst customer care service team that i have seen till now. Their main intention is to cheat customers of their money. Two days once im calling to customer care but still
Now no update.. Really irritating.. Pls return my amount. Pls response to us.. Field person name deepankar (Btm layout).. He is also not responsing for calls and msgs.
