[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — request reconnection to new address | |||
I had requested customer care center for act blaze re-connection to my new address on 27-apr-2019 but no action has been taken from their end till date despite numerous calls to customer care center. The response from the team has been so bad that i am feeling sorry as to why i ever chose act broadband. I have called and emailed and did everything in my power to get this issue resolved but they are not helping at all, instead make fake promises. I am so disappointed in your services.
