I'm writing on behalf of Mr Muthuramalingam (my father), complaining that the connection is not yet restored. I have made numerous calls to the call centre to check on the status but its not fruitful. Each time the call centre agents are giving multiple answers that is completely out of sync.
I'm really upset with the service and not sure what should be done to speed up the process. Mr Muthuramalingam is a senior citizen (aged 68 years) and is using ACT broadband since 2014.
This is definitely not the way you should treat an aged customer.
Atleast there should be some priority basis that you should consider to provide the connection as the network/port is down only for him and its working fine for all others in the locality.
I'm hoping at least this complaint will lend a helping hand in sorting the issue. Was this information helpful? |
