[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — wrong data usage

I have been told by act that i have uploaded 2 gb of data in a single day and that to from 12 am to 4 am and again 8 am - 12pm but the time mentioned there was no one at my place and the elders were sleeping. There is some fraud being done by them. I am getting my connection disconnected as despite of repeatedly asking where the data has been used i get a vague reply that they dont know but it has been used by us.
