Bescom — correction in spelling of my name in electricity bill

I am a new resident of this flat and got the bescom details changed to my name from the previous owners name recently.. My name in the bill is raghavendra manjunath mattur annappurna mattur whereas it should be raghavendra manjunath mattur annapurna mattur. The flat in prestige wellington park apts is jointly owned by both o[censored]s.

Kindly make the correction in the next month bill

I am attaching the spelling mistake bill for your inspection

The payment has made as per amount shown paytm Rs 547. Actual figure was come from BESCOM Rs 1193. To day physically deposited Rs 1193 at BESCOM office. You are requested refund the amount Rs 547 to my account.

Recently I requested for my name change in BESCOM from my Builder's name. (Shivashankar) to Ratheesh K. I could see the changes reflected in the last month bill, however; it was showing as RATNEESH K instead of my actual name. So I kindly request you to make the changes accordingly. My account no.is 4651058.
I am attaching my ID for your reference.

I had provided all relevant papers three months back to BESCOM office, so far no action
