Bescom — Failure to acknowledge online payment

Hi,

I am electricity consumer number[protected] under BESCOM Bangalore S11 sub-division.

For month of March 2015, I made a payment of Rs. 839 through

Bangaloreone portal successfully according to the bill.
In the month of April 2015, a bill was generated of Rs. 1909

and I made the payment on 16th April through Bangaloreone

portal.

On 20th April, the electricity board disconnected the line

without any information to me (customer).

On checking, they did not process any of the online payments.

The second bill was wrongly generated and it included my first

bill amount wrongly.

Kindly look into the matter.
