A Fraud seller: I'm Krishna Sai of Chennai city. Recently from your site my brother saw a person called ISMAIL selling a Blackberry Passport. So we contacted him and we had a great conversation which gave us symbol of trust! Later we bargained and he said we can pay 4, 000 INR for the product ! Seriously??! A Blackberry phone for 4, 000 rupees! We actually asked him why he is selling it for such a low price! He said that "the box is sealed and its brand new!" so finally we decided to pay! We did a cardless transaction from State Bank of India today! When he received the payment, he started his game! He said that we have to pay an insurance amount of Rs.10, 000. This shocked us so much and we were helpless and cornered! We begged him like no one and he said that without paying the insurance amount we won't ship the product! An important point is that the seller claims that he is from Chennai in his Advertisement! But we talked to him! He is from the US! He said he has made the pre-invoice and he sent it to us! It had no Tracking Id! The shipping is made by Fed-Ex which he claimed! And we asked him the account number with which we planned to raise a complaint on the Fed-Ex Website! This man gave me an alternate Bank Account details claiming that we have to make the payment to this account of the seller so that the seller will ship! If the seller ships we get to know out tracking id! This was a really embarrassing moment for us. Then we finally stopped begging him and realised that he was a fraud! And one more thing, The alternate bank details which he gave was of his own. He said that it is the shippers bank details! He even gave the shippers contact number! and when we called him he was the same person who was the seller! These people must be punished! Now we can't even get our refund! Please take action on the seller! Thanks! I've made some attachments! take a look at it! The SBI bank receipt is the payment which i made! and the invoice which says BEST BUY CORPORATE was sent by him! and his contact number is shown as Blackberry pass contact! I don't want any other customers to get fooled!
