Sir/madam, in the month of february i've ordered for two garment steamers. I got the parcel on 25th february 2016 & paid him rs. 1998 for two steamers. When i've opened the parcel i was shocked only one steamer was there. I've contacted the number they had asked me to dial best deal customer service number i. E [protected] by the time customer service was closed. I've contacted them on 26/02/2016 in the morning. They have asked me to send mail within 24 hrs, or else i'll not get any response from them. I was on leave still i went somewhere & sent them the mail & i've confirmed also. Since that day onwards i am continuously dialing them but of no use. Every time the same stupid answer ki i'll receive within 2-3 days. Till today i've not recd. The same. I can't understand how big big celebrities are running this best deal channel when they don't have time to see whether customer is gtg. The product or not. This is really ridiculous. I would've spent almost the same amount while dialling. Who'll pay me the extra amount for dialling their no and gtg no response. Is it the way to run a channel or business. I need the proper reply. One more thing i want to mention that the product which i've received is very bad it becomes very hot. That complaint i've given them but of no use. I want d proper response from d head of the channel why customers r being cheated like this.

Kindly refer to telephonic conversation on the customer care phone no.[protected] for replacement of 3+1 pieces of " Everyday fashion kurtas by Ekta Kappor " . Inspite of repeated reminders & request on the telephone of customer care since January 2016 to till date, my request has not yet been adhered to. You are therefor finally request to send the items immediately, payment of which has already been made way back in the month of January 2016. The items which were supplied were of small size as such the same were returned with the request to send medium size. Though payment has been made by me, the medium size of the items has not yet been supplied.

I have order the power saving 16pc Led bulb combo of rs1198. After 2days of ordered product received one more same product which i doesn't order .The courier from Gati and courier man says u have to receive the product because your name and address is properly mentioned on it and you can also refund the product by simple a phone call .

But after contacting to the Best Deal Tv coustmer care they said that they donot refund for the product and i asked them to give me the details of second order i.e from which mobile no i placed order, name of the executive who placed my order etc but they don't have any information.

I had ordered Nehru Jackets with order number 1094773 (costing Rs. 1200.00). Size of product is not as per i ordered Nehru jackets hence, I courier the product to their warehouse (the address was mentioned on the package, Plot no.6 k no. 1729/512 MIN, 1, 4 Fatehpur Beri Near PNB Bank, Delhi-74).
The Best dealtv executives promised me that I will get the check within one month. However, I have still not received the check.

I have called so many times to the packing..

मैंने बेस्ट डील टीवी से टीवी विज्ञापन देखकर एक set of 7 bag order किया था।

पहले तो वह पार्सल 8 दिन की जगह 42 दिन में आया और उस पर वह टीवी में दिखाए गए विज्ञापन से size and quality wise अलग था।
तथा टीवी में बताया था की अभी आर्डर करने पर आपको 500 का गिफ्ट वाउचर भी दिया जायेगा। परंतु वो भी नहीं दिया गया।

I, Mrs. Mona A.Laheja, after watching on Best Deal TV, have ordered for two Garment Steamers of Rs. 999/- each and received the parcel on 25th for which I had paid Rs. 1998 for two Garment Steamers, while opening the parcel I found only one steamer, immediately I rang up on Mobile No. which was given by Best Deal TV. They have asked me to dial the Customer Care No. of Best Deal on 26th Feb.2016. I had contacted customer care on 26th and as per their demand I had sent them the Photos of the parcel & Garment Steamer on the same day. Till then I am continuously dialling the number & getting no response, every time the same stupid reply that you will receive the other steamer within 3-4 days. It is really ridiculous, being the channel of big big celebrities, we are getting such type of service. Why I am not getting proper reply for my above request. Now after this also if am not getting the product, I will make a complaint in media.

I had ordered drilling machine with order number [protected] (Costing rs. 1799.00). I did payment on the same day by credit card (Cc avenue reference number[protected] on dated 12.2.2016
I wait one month for my order. When i have not received the order, i asked customer care to please cancel my order and refund my money. They told me that they have accepted my cancellation request and refund your money with in seven days.
Till date we didnt received any refund or any response by best deal team. Now the customer care number is also not working.
So i request you to please refund my money or please take action against them

I complaint again I have book a pack of container set 47pcs by order no.852339 on dated15/8/2015.But instead of that company have been sent to me a pack of container set of 69 pcs which not good. There for I send back by DTDC to Best Deal Company on12/9/2015. The original book order pack placed of container set 47pcs. But not refund of returned goods currier charge Rs 650/-. DTDC Courier receipt of Rs 650/-is sent by post. But I think Best Deal Company is fraud. Because Best Deal tv company are not paying me that amount.

I have ordered two different products (jeggings and kurta)on Jan 16 from BestDeal Tv. But I have received 2 sets of the same product(jeggings 2 set). Order No: 1080959
So I requested for return and they promised me they will give me Refund for the product hence I have returned the product on February first week through Professional courier. Courier No:PRO3467075. They received the product on 9th February.

Every week I used to call them for Refund but they are not giving proper response. If I call them they are keep on telling cheque is ready waiting for the banks approval. I am really feeling get cheated.
No proper intimation through mail, MSG and call.
I need my Refund ASAP.
Best Deal is a fraud channel ..Beware customers!

I had received my order ie Healthiplex Garcinia Cambogia on 11th of March 2016 but it was defective as few capsules inside was cracked and there was a powdery substance all over the other pills. i immediately called the customer care service and they did not picked up the call
I called 3-4 times more and they gave no response . I continued calling them many times in the next 4-5 days but no one responded . today, 18th of March 2016 they answered my call and refused to replace it and said it can only be replaced within 48 hours after recieving the order, i told them it's not my fault that they were not answering my call but still they are not replacing it. also the customer care executive was harsh and rude while speaking. he spoke in a very impolite and ill mannered way to me.

On 22nd february, 2016, while watching channel no. 135 of best deal tv in videocon d2h, we saw an advertisement of lister assorted led bulbs of roshan e jashn. They shown the following:

We liked the lister led bulbs set and ordered thru on line...

I have ordered a mobile accessories on 3 december 2015 from VK Best TV and got it on 9 december 2015 . But the ordered items are in damaged condition so I replaced it and raised demand for the cash back of rupees 1498 Rs and courrier charges too that is of 100 Rs. We had ordered AALYA pack of 5 chiffon sarees vide order No.918353. However, the consignment was found to be different from what was ordered, in that sarees were much smaller than the ones shown on tv. We had returned the item on the advice of the customer care by courrier and the receipt of the consignment at your end on 2 Nov. 2015 was confirmed on telephone. The refund of cost of sarees, Rs.1798/- plus courrier charges of Rs.440/- has...

I order a nehru jacket with buy 1 Get 1 free offer executive tell me i[censored] replace or refund you pay courier charges i m say ok... After delivered product. At the time of try the product its size is small and its damage. When i call executive he say our policy is not refund any product value.

I had place a order (2 Pieces Jackets) on December 2015 bearing order NO : 1028643, but the size of jackets not fit to me so I concern your customer care executive he advise to me send the products through courier, So I send the product through BLUE DART Courier on date 30-12-15 bearing ref: No 021486, ( Courier charges Rs 280) and send the courier slip through email . After some days I conform your customer care executive my product is receive but unfortunately 2 months has already gone but my product was not deliver to me . When I contact your customer care executive he replies to me please wait 24 hours, your product was deliver to you . In 2 months I contact your customer care executive over telephone and Email at list 20 times but no satisfied answer to give me your executives . I am not satisfies your service . Please consider the above matter and send my product as soon as possible for which I shall obliged.

This is to bring into notice that i have purchased 7 bags offer by viewing the advertisement on TV.

Today the order get delivered but the quality of product is pathetic.

It is completely different from the product shown on TV.

I called the customer care, in first call the girl disconnected the call without listening to me properly.

On second call the girl was insisting that TL or senior person is busy as i force her that i want to talk to senior person as u are not able to handle the call. After 20-30 mins of waiting senior person Pooja attended the call with no solution.

Pathetic way of dealing the customers. I buy 100 of things online but this is my worst experience as they are saying we cannot refund or replace if there is no manufacturing defect.Not even ready to listen what customer is exactly saying. They just provoke customers by giving misleading information unnecessary transferring calls and long hold.

Seems Quality of product is none of their business and the are doing a selling business without being customercentric and quality focused. All the bags are made up of that worst material that even quality cannot be compromised.

I need my entire money back as i don't want to purchase the product as this is not what i expected out of a purchase.

I have ordered a 5 pcs non-stick cookware set from bestdealtv.in of order number:- 110914 and i have ordered this product through [protected] this number. They were showing that it has best quality and we ordered it. When it reached us we were happy but the box in which free pendant was there was broken but we never minded that. We then used it. On the first time only when we used it it burnt, all its colour gone, the sides were burned. We were not happy with the quality. Then we called customer care and they said if at the time of delivery the product is damaged then only we can return it but at that time it was fine so they told us we cannot return it. We are very sad. The first time i shopped online and my Rs. 1200 robbed away from me.
You have helped me earlier also and i am sure that you won't led me down this time also.
Please help me return this product to them and get my Rs. 1200 back as i have spend this money on a very bad quality material.

bole the Rs.1298 aur Courier ka 150 Rs. charge dono include kar diye jayenge
1298rs.+ 150 Rs. = 1448 Rs. ka Cheque address par 10 days mein deliver kar diya jayega, lekin 1 month of half ho gaya lekin abhi tak kuch
responce nahi mila jab bhi customer care ko call karta hu toh 10 din bolte hai
unke kabhi 10 Din pure nhi hote hai.
