My mother ordered 2 sets of pressure cooker from best deal tv on 12th may 2016.
The courier was delivered timely however one set was defective but other was fine. So i contacted best deal customer care and as per their instructions i returned the same through courier. Best dealt accepted the defect and said that they will send its replacement alongwith they will reimburse my courier charges. Again the product received was defective. So after 2 weeks and lots of complaints they arranged pickup of product from my home. After receiving the courier they accepted the defect and said they will refund my whole money including courier charges. But it has been more than a month nobody from best deal contacted us nor they have replied our email.
I am a usual online shopper but this has been the worst experience i have ever had shopping online.

I had ordered a saree from best deal tv worth Rs.1200/-, the product which i received was totally a different one and then the customer care advised me to return the product, i followed their procedure but till date its one month so long i have not received any mail or my product or refund .
My best deal order no. was 1315644, i received this following mail

 Step1. Please send us the product in its original package, along with its Tag’s, Accessories & Freebies.

 Step3. Email a copy of POD (Proof of Delivery) of the shipment sent to us at [protected]@bestdaltv.in
i followed this procedure im attaching the courier copy(Proof of Delivery) for your reference.
later on i didnt receive any response from them.
Kindly resolve my issue and oblige

BEST deal TV is the worst shopping channel. I bought a combo jeans pant, order no was 968597 and product was delivered around Oct 15. But the item was defective and promptly send it back through India post and the item was received at BEST deal warehouse within a week. However despite several calls and promises of refund the same has not being done till date (17/02/2016). My advice these guys are here to make quick buck, so simply avoid. As for me, it is worst deal TV.

We ordered slim shape jeans (jeggings) 3pk by shilpa shetty kundra on 30 july 2016. we received the shipment on [12th august], and found that received the wrong items and after the complaint against the item you took that [13th of august]. you can check your records. we did not get the products we ordered till now, and you also not refund me, so, please cancel my order and refund me. its really very bad experience for me

I have given replacement 1month before but they have not send my product till now, if you call customer care number you have to wait 20mint for response after that they will not response your number, they said me you will received your product in by 1st week of Sept but same answer from customer care, we are sending in 10 days, i told them you give it my money back dont want your product again you will send defective pieces, they said we cant give money back.i have sent lot of mail to them but no response for that. please help me for this.

I am followup since last 4 months but yet I have not received my refund payment your customer care executive told me that i received my ch after 7 to 12 working days but last 4 months that days are not completed pls take note of it & give me my refund within 2 to 3 days. my complaint no. 318846 . i ma regularly followup with all customer care. help

I have place the Oder last 4month back. Next 4 days i have received the faulty product. Same time call to customer care for the same. costumer care told pl send back. next 20days i have received again faulty product. Again i have send back product. After that costumer care told we will refund you your amount but till date I have not received refund. Dear sir,
I have purchased above mixer grinder 2 months before. My order no. Is 1300778. Problem is that after 3rd times use of that mixer a burning smoke is coming from motor side so i immediately stop the mixer.
Now what can i do??
How is it replaced??
I am dialing several times ur customer care no but u did not reponse.

I received first shipping in first week of august with medium size slim fit jeans, which was okay on waist but there was some manufacturing defect because of which it was very tight on thighs. So i wanted to return the product and get the refund, but they said you cant get refund. So i said send l size as xl size was not introduced at that time. But very soon i watched on tv that they had introduced...

Best deal company bahut fraud type ki company h...8 month se bewkoof bna rhe h...nhi product diya or nhi pese...cheque bhej diya usme b naam shi nhi h...fir b customer ki fault nikal rhe h ki naam shi nhi bataya...or nhi courrir k charges de rhe h...cheque dubara bheje k liye bol rhe h...or bol rhe h koi courrir charges nhi diya jaayega...jbki saari fault company ki h..

I have got the defective product from bestdealtv. After discussion with customercare, i returned the item vis dtdc corier. The part has been reached to the concerned location.
I have given the pod copy to customer care department.
Till they are harassing asking different things.

No refund has been given to me till date despite their two assurances

But I had got duplicate product it is note the original product which they show us or written that is cotton or stretchable. It is totally duplicate I request to return it but they send the duplicate product again so I request you to take immediate action against them nd REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I have ordered drill machine of product code 1210087 from bestdealtv.In at 24-april 2016 and that product was very cheap in quality so i returned that product immideatly they told me to give replacement of product but i called them frequent times they told me product is sent to u but after one month they told me that product is not available so we will give you refund and till today 20/7/2016. Cheque is not recieved. They are making fool to customers.
Please take immideate action.

I had placed the above quoted order but I am not at all satishfied after receipt due to following reasdons.
At the time of purchase /order I had very clearly asked if the item will fit to a lady who uses extralarge products and i was informed that this product will fit to anyone as it is free size and that we have not made different sizes. Just one size which will fit to every one.
On receipt product was found to be very small in size and did not fit the two ladies who are at my home.
I made a complaint immediately that is on 05 July 16 that is within 24 hours and I was promptly told that we do not have any refund/return or exchange policy.
It is totaalydeficency in service . On one side you insist that it is free size and will fit everyone and on other side you are neither taking it back nor providing suitable size.
Will you pl look into it and refund or provide free size. Alternatively I will be left with no option but to file necessary consumer complaint against you.

I received three shirt pcs, one purse & one gogel through order no 1039797. But size was mismatched of shirts. I did call to costumer care for regarding the same. They asked to return back through courier. I did the same. Spent 300/- on courier but replacement is not happen. I did several calls, they said they got the courier but product is on heavy demand that's why it is going to be late. Every time i did call starts new story from their side. I did many mails regarding the same but no revert comes from.
Best deal tv slogan chai chai manager kya maine dandia khelne ke liye rakhe hai.
Yes they are plying dandia with shilpa shety the owner.

They are only making fool of the costumers.

We liked the assorted lister led bulbs set of 12 nos. And ordered thru on line thru “best deal tv” website on 22/02/16, vide their order no. 1118173 on cod basis.

After 22nd feb, there was no sms/ e-mail order confirmation from best dealtv for many days, we started talking to customer care on phone. After several calls, they arranged dispatch of the assorted led bulbs.

On 1st march, 16, the box was delivered to us by gati courier, received by a lady in the house. She paid rs. 1000/-cash as it was on cod basis and kept the box un-opened.

On my return from office in the evening, i saw the box. To my utter shock and surprise, the box was cut open from the top and transparent tape pasted on it. I immediately suspected the box was tampered and something fraud has happened.

I opened the box and was shocked to see that all the bulbs were replaced with local broken bulbs / brands changed. We immediately called best deal tv at[protected] and informed about the situation. They advised us to take pictures of the replaced bulbs, covers, & to send back the box with led bulbs to them and that they shall replace the bulbs, but refused for refund of rs. 1000/-.

On 2nd march, packed the box in as it is condition and sent the courier back to best deal tv by paying courier charges rs. 225/- to gati courier. As per them, gati courier charges was also refundable. (Total cost involved in this order is rs. 1000 + rs. 225/-).

Then we again informed best deal tv at[protected] that we have handed over the packet to gati courier vide their docket #[protected] dated 02/03/16 and requested to replace the led bulbs on priority.

To our one more shock, now these people are not picking up our calls / disconnecting our calls and ignoring us totally. They are not replying to any of our mails as well. Now do not have neither the product nor the payment refund of rs. 1225/-.

We are service class people and rs. 1000/- is a big money for us.
We seek your intervention in this case and request you to kindly arrange refund of rs. 1225/- at the earliest.
