I enrolled for 150 Bhanzu classes. I wasn't informed fully during enrollment. After the payment was done, only during webinar they come up with new details of how kid has to view missed classes over pre-recorded videos- NOT something we pay huge amount for, there are million videos for watch-n-learn. They also informed during webinar that they have just 1 long pause for entire course duration which will most likely run for more than 1.5 years....

I have taken Bhanzu subscription in the month of Jan, all the sessions are very basic and not adding any value for my son. It is waste of time, I did check for the refund and received reply that my son has to attend minimum 20 sessions to become eligible for refund as per contract.
Now, my son has completed 20 sessions, and Bhanzu has stopped picking up my calls.

Very bad service.
They start the program saying you would get refund if you choose to cancel after 20 classes. Every child is different etc. But then when you actually raise concern they turn deaf to you and select Whatsapp as mode of communication.
