Not refunding the money even after three months of follow up..sheer wastage of money…Never ever go for their classes...

My child attended their classes from April to June but did not find them good so as per their policy I asked for the refund but even after three months, still waiting for refund..
Very pathetic customer service...

This is sheer fraud, from day 1 we are saying we want to cancel the admission but for no reason we are compulsorily made to stick with Bhanzu, in spite of fulfilling all the criteria our money is not being refunded. We are going to cyber police as well as consumer forum to file case against this fraud company...

I'm writing this with utmost sadness, seeing the kind of service the entire team of BHANZU provide to the Customers/Parents.

It's been more than 3 months following a simple request for cancellation. If you go back and check the calls made from our side to your term, there would be more than 50+(Given you have the ability to track the same). I am still getting the same repeated line that the request has been raised to the concerned...

No one is replying customer care don't care at all ...the applications are not working and my kid is not able to join a single class ...they are not even refunding .vice principal is another sardar of the cheaters ...fraud people...

I have joined my first standard kid in the month of February as he was much impressed with your free demo classes. While joining my kid bhanzu team did great work. Your team helped me alot and they have given loan from the fibe as I don't have credit card. Unfortunately my kid, as he is from telugu background he was unable to understand the classes and not able to interact with the tutor due to language barrier. Hence, I raised this request...

Even after approval of the refund, they are not giving the money back. literally throwing lies on your face. Very poor quality of services, they are simply looting the public openly.
I dont really understand if Neelkanth Bhanu Prakash is a record holder, was it really difficult to lead a dignified life and he had to get into this scam.

Hi I came to know this Bhanzu Math tution by Facebook. Then I approach customer agent, we spoke over the what up, paid full course fees with with the condition, if my child doesn't like in the future with in a month of time they would return me refund amount after prorated. But then when I approach the customer agent, she was not responsive, is giving me different excuses and divert me to another agent. The service is totally very very worst....

First they convince my wife and make her mind to pay the registration fee by saying only few seats are left, so we paid 3000/- and after that we came to know that bhanzu is looting the public and do not refund the money.

For new parents i warn you do not enroll in bhanzu they are fraud once they take your money they will not respond you, they are fraud and they have many such cunning mind with then who has acquired some skill...

Falsely selling their online classes to innocent parents and alluring them into buying the classes

I have been trying to cancel my online course since 25th April and they are giving false commitment since then that they are working towards cancellation. They still charge in the month of May and now they are going to charge again in the month of June on 14th. My Daughter was unable to follow the classes provided by Bhanzu and attended only 10 classes. I payed for 30 classes AED 1800 and asked for a refund for the classess which are not attending. It is now more than one month they are delaying. They even blocked my access of their study materials without giving a refund.

This is regarding the fraud done by Bhanzu. I enrolled my daughter with Bhanzu in December, 2022 (Batch No DMW-1344). At the time of enrollment they promised that if we are not satisfied by these classes then after 20 classes we can easily withdraw from the course and they will refund the amount. They have charged Rs 40, 500 for 150 classes though a shop se platform, in which they informed that there will be a debit of Rs 2246.29 every month...

We had enrolled our daughter Harshita Singh for Bhanzu classes in Nov-01, 2022. As per agreement we agreed to cancel the classes after 20 session if we not satisfied with Bhanzu classes. Bhanzu conducting 2 classes every week for one hour for math. For 75 classes they charging approx Rs. 60000.

They call you and register you. provide a demo. do an exam quiz. do an onboarding, welcome call, take the money in installments, do the session arrangement and then finally disappear. bhanzu has taken all the money and no replying on support or any other whatsapp number. the course will continue with 20 classes until all the installments are completed. after that they will disappear. its basic maths they provide to show they are authentic....

I am writing this with lot of depression that Bhanzu created to me.
