I am a single mother who enrolled my young son in Bhanzu Math App, paying FULL fees for a 3-year course upfront because their sales team pressured me with big promises of “amazing results” and “easy refunds if not satisfied.” What a huge mistake – this company is an absolute scam!
The classes are terrible – no real improvement in my son’s math, just boring sessions that waste time and confuse kids more. It’s not teaching properly at all, complete waste of money and my child’s time.
When I realised it’s not working and asked for my refund, the nightmare started. They make endless excuses, lie straight to my face, and refuse to return my hard-earned money. I’ve contacted MORE THAN 10 different people – sales, support, managers – sent countless emails, WhatsApps, and calls. NO ONE picks up the phone anymore! They ignore me completely or give fake promises like “we’ll process soon” – all lies to string you along.
Bhanzu is cheating parents like me, trapping us with huge upfront payments and a fake “refund policy” that’s impossible to use. This is outright fraud – taking money and running, no customer service, no honesty. As a single mom, I can’t afford to lose this money, but they don’t care!
DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE! It’s a total scam designed to steal your money. Save yourself the stress, tears, and financial loss. There are better free or honest math apps out there. Bhanzu and its founder should be ashamed – preying on parents who just want the best for their kids.
I demand my full refund immediately! Will keep posting everywhere until I get my money back and others are warned.
