I enrolled my son in bhanzu maths virtual tution program and I feel very dissatisfied with the services. We paid around 80k but in return we got nothing, the syllabus they provide is completely unfit for a 4 th standard to follow. It's absolutely ridiculous that they expect young children to grasp such complex content.
I am writing to register a complaint regarding the non-refund of my payment for the Bhanzu services that I had subscribed to. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any response or updates from your end.
I was highly disappointed with the service and requested a refund within the refund window provided. However, even after multiple attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received any update or confirmation regarding the refund.
I find it highly unprofessional that my request for a refund has been ignored for so long. I demand that you take immediate action to process my refund and provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect to receive it. If there are any further delays, I expect you to compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from your end. It was the same answer "we reach you back with in hours". This situation has caused me great distress and inconvenience, and I demand a prompt resolution.
