Bhanzu — Complaint Regarding Course Quality, Customer Support, and Cancellation Process

My daughter joined Bhanzu Math classes in November 2025 when she was in Grade 3. She is now in Grade 4, but the classes continue to cover the same concepts repeatedly with very little progression. The content has become so repetitive and boring that she is no longer interested in attending the sessions.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of support from the customer service team. Despite raising concerns multiple times, we have not received a satisfactory resolution. There appears to be poor coordination between Bhanzu's internal teams, with different representatives providing inconsistent information.

Another major concern is the cancellation process. During the sales call, no clear information was provided about the conditions for discontinuing the program. We were later informed that my daughter must attend 59 more sessions before the classes can be discontinued, which feels unreasonable given our concerns about the program's suitability and quality.

Based on our experience, the teaching content has been overly repetitive, customer support has been unhelpful, and the cancellation policy was not communicated transparently at the time of enrollment. I hope Bhanzu improves its communication, customer service, and curriculum progression to better support students and parents.
