I wish to file a formal complaint against Bahnzu for failing to provide the educational services that were promised at the time of enrolment and for refusing to process my cancellation and refund request.
As a parent, I enrolled my child in Bahnzu's educational programme based on the representations made regarding the quality of teaching and learning support. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The classes provided have been of a very poor standard. The video quality is consistently inadequate, making lessons difficult to follow. More concerningly, the quality of teaching has been unacceptable. During one lesson, the teacher incorrectly solved a simple multiplication problem involving a three-digit number and a one-digit number, and I had to correct the teacher myself. This has caused me to lose confidence in the competence and qualifications of the instructors.
Due to the poor quality of the service being provided, I requested cancellation of the classes and a full refund approximately two weeks ago. Despite my clear request, Bahnzu continues to schedule classes on my account. Furthermore, the company has failed to provide a satisfactory response regarding my cancellation and refund request.
I have made several attempts to contact their customer support team, but my concerns have either been ignored or met with inadequate responses. The lack of communication and failure to resolve this matter have caused considerable frustration and inconvenience.
I believe that Bahnzu has failed to deliver the services as advertised and has not acted fairly in handling my cancellation and refund request. I therefore respectfully request that the Consumer Court investigate this matter and direct the company to:
Cancel all remaining scheduled classes immediately.
Process and pay the refund due to me without further delay.
Review its customer service and business practices to prevent similar issues from affecting other consumers.
I am prepared to provide supporting evidence, including proof of enrolment, payment records, email and message communications, screenshots of scheduled classes after my cancellation request, and any other relevant documentation.
I respectfully request your intervention to help resolve this matter and protect consumers from unfair business practices.
