Bhanzu — Course Subscription cancellation not happening

I am trying to cancel subscription for my son Vihaan Agrawal from last 2 months but noone helping in Bhanzu. I have made more then 100 calls to them but always they come back that in 24 hrs someone call me but they are all fraud. They cheating people. I also see now lot of complaints regarding this but why noone taking complaint seriously and take action about it
