Bhanzu — extremely disappointing experience with bhanzu avoid at all costs!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by BHANZU. I enrolled my daughter in their group virtual tuition program, paying an exorbitant amount of over 1 lakh rupees. What I received in return was nothing short of a scam. I have been trying contacting them for over a month and no response from them other than their automated replies. You will not get anything refunded from this company.

First and foremost, they never answered any of our calls or addressed our concerns. All we received were automated responses, showing no regard for customer service. The fees are outrageous for the poor quality of service, and the syllabus they provide is completely unfit for a 6-year-old to follow. It's absolutely ridiculous that they expect young children to grasp such complex content.

To make matters worse, there were multiple instances where sessions were canceled without any prior notice. This lack of professionalism and consistency is unacceptable, especially when parents are investing their hard-earned money in their children's education.

If you value your child’s education and consistency, I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs. Not only are they unprofessional, but they also lack the basic ethics required to teach our children. There are far better, more affordable options out there that will actually help your child learn and grow in a consistent and supportive environment.

Please, do not make the same mistake we did—save your money and look elsewhere for a genuine educational experience.
