We enrolled our son for the classes. They chased us on weekend to get them to pay asap. We paid. We didn’t see any results. We asked for refund and terminated the class. The excuse given was our son has to complete some assessments as a policy. He duels completed the assessment. They have vanished ever since. Roughly $1600 are pending with them. Pls hold them accountable and help.

How can I get help with my refund .is there any agency in India who can help me. I have enrolled in US for my son and they lied about the coarse and the high quality of tutors and not even one class was held online. the Representative disappeared after enrolling and bhanzu still keep sending the email after cancelling the class to join the class which is total fake and automated message. they are not Refunding the money. they tool for 150 class about $1500. please suggest me how to get these company get seized and get my money back
