I had taken subscription from bhanzu for my child.
On 24th august demo class was taken. After that upon thinking that bhanzu will teach advanced maths we took the loan which was arranged by a person from bhanzu. He connected me to fibe people for completing the loan process.
On 1st sept. Fibe sanctioned the loan of 42000/-. loan id is LAI[protected].
After that I didn't get any confirmation mail about course. No update till 5th sept.
Then I sent mail to bhanzu and then bhanzu started classes from 23rd September.
After 3-4 classes my child told me that they are teaching basic maths which he already knew. So when I saw that this course is not of level which we were thinking then I informed bhanzu that we will not pay any money now onwards and want to cancel the subscription.
bhanzu called me multiple times to convince me and everytime they only forced me to continue classes. I found them too pushy so I sent mail to Team FIBE for stopping loan on my name.
Multiple times I sent mails regarding stopping loan to bhanzu and fibe.
It's been more than a month but this cancellation has not been done.
Instead bhanzu people threatened me that they will put charges on me.
When my child has taken only 3-4 classes and He is not liking the course then bhanzu can not force us for money.
