Extremely disappointing experience with Bhanzu classes. The teaching methodology is poorly designed and lacks clarity, making it very difficult for students to understand even basic concepts. Instead of adapting to different learning needs, there seems to be a one-size-fits-all approach.
What is even more concerning is how rigid and unfair the system is. Even if a parent decides to discontinue, they insist on completing a minimum number of classes before allowing an exit. This effectively forces children to sit through sessions that add no real value—resulting in prolonged, unproductive screen time.
There is also an uncomfortable sense that the model prioritizes revenue over student well-being. Children are expected to keep up regardless of whether they are actually learning, and there is little flexibility or empathy shown when concerns are raised. It begins to feel less like an educational platform and more like a system that pushes students through for the sake of process and numbers.
The management is highly unresponsive and dismissive. Concerns are not genuinely addressed, and the approach feels rigid and indifferent to both parents and students.
