I was told that it is all refundable if not satisfied, hence I have enrolled with Bhanzu from UAE and paid thru Tabby on instalment basis. My 1st instalment deducted and my son attended 1 class but we find my son is not properly attending the class due to online so we decided to cancel the subscription but still not cancelled. I asked for the refund of my 1st instalment that too not refunded. Now, i don't want the refund but atleast do not deduct the next instalment and cancel the subscription immediately.
