Bhanzu — Misleading parents for enrollment of course

Website: www.Bhanzu.com

Hello Everyone, I registered for a free demo and attended. I was unaware of the programme, but after the demo, I understood it's a long-term programme and costs a lot. I thought about taking time and getting back to them, but during the demo, I told them that I needed some time and needed to discuss it with my spouse, but somehow they tricked me into paying a minimum amount. When I refused to pay the amount, he reduced it to a minimum amount and tricked me. But within half a day, we decided not to go forward because it's a long-term commitment; I'm not sure my kid will be supportive. I dropped a mail saying I need a refund, but now they are forcing me to enrol in the course. I haven't used their services till now; I just paid a 465-pound fee and dropped a refund mail in 12 hours. I really feel it's like misleading parents and tricking them into enrolling for their course. While demoing, they focus more on enrolling rather than on refund policy and tricking parents. I haven't even used their service till now.

The way the demo was presented was not clear. The return policy was not explained correctly, and it wasn’t made clear that enrolling in the course is equivalent to starting the class.
There is a lot of ambiguity, because of this, we cancelled after enrolling, as no classes had been attended.
