Hello Everyone, I registered for a free demo and attended. I was unaware of the programme, but after the demo, I understood it's a long-term programme and costs a lot. I thought about taking time and getting back to them, but during the demo, I told them that I needed some time and needed to discuss it with my spouse, but somehow they tricked me into paying a minimum amount. When I refused to pay the amount, he reduced it to a minimum amount and tricked me. But within half a day, we decided not to go forward because it's a long-term commitment; I'm not sure my kid will be supportive. I dropped a mail saying I need a refund, but now they are forcing me to enrol in the course. I haven't used their services till now; I just paid a 465-pound fee and dropped a refund mail in 12 hours. I really feel it's like misleading parents and tricking them into enrolling for their course. While demoing, they focus more on enrolling rather than on refund policy and tricking parents. I haven't even used their service till now. Was this information helpful? |
