Bhanzu — No enrolment and refused refund

I have complaints, over and over but nothing is done, I registered my daughter for maths class since August and uptill now, she is not allocated to any class and also refused to refund my money, the excuse is the student must have 80% attendance before the money can be refunded, how is that possible when she was not allocated to any class
