Full Description of Incident:
Though the math demo class (21-Oct-2026) for my kid (Grade 1) was unsatisfactory, the Bhanzu team called me multiple times and arranged an online video call for Admission&Enrollment Discussion (24-Oct-2026) and they praised about their CEO and his achievements and the classes they conduct were very useful. They did not give enough time (at least a day) to think and decide. They asked me to take the decision in the same call, else the offer won't be applicable. I was not sure at that time, but paid the full amount of Rs.45, 000/- for an 18 months package. But later when I explored about the courses and the parent reviews, I understood that the courses were unsatisfactory (like the demo class we attended). So, before commencing the classes, I raised an admission cancellation request on 25-Oct-2026 with the Bhanzu team through e-mail ([protected]@bhanzu.com) and I got a ticket# 02863052, but later they closed this ticket and merged this into another ticket#02863037. Like this every time I contact them, they raise a new ticket and close the old ticket mentioning they are merging the old ticket details into new ticket. The final ticket I have now is 02863591.
Till date I did not get any update on the refund after raising Admission cancellation request.
