I enrolled my daughter in the Bhanzu tutoring program expecting structured, high-quality academic support as presented during the sales process. After payment, the service quality declined significantly and did not meet expectations. My daughter did not receive meaningful assistance, and the overall experience was disappointing.
I made multiple attempts to communicate with Bhanzu to address these issues and to cancel the service. I contacted several support team members, including Sharath Chandran, Dilip Patil, Firoz Khan, and Utkarsh Singh, all of whom assured me they would follow up — but none did. Communication has been delayed, inconsistent, or nonexistent, and no cancellation confirmation was provided.
I also initiated refund requests through their internal process:
