We have enrolled our kid to online classes for Math and English provided by Bhanzu in Jan 2026. During the demo class and enrollment session, it was told to us that we can cancel the classes anytime if not satisfied or any other reason and request for refund on a prorated basis. After few weeks English class and Math class started on classes started. Initially the Math class was going quite fast to learn and understand for my kid so we requested to change the teacher but this did not help much as my kid still felt overwhelmed and exhausted with classes and homework along with school's homework so we finally decided to cancel Math class. We requested to cancel the classes on Bhanzu's WhatsApp support and also talked over the call to request with my concerns.
Now, Bhanzu's customer support team is telling us that we cannot cancel the classes until 30 sessions and it was told to us while enrolling. I checked the provided documents by Bhanzu but there is not anything that says that. Now, I also requested to cancel the English class as I really disappointed with the service and support Bhanzu is providing in handling customer's concerns. Customers are informed with false promises while enrolling on the classes. Customer Support is not quite helpful as not listening the concerns but to forcing customers to keep continuing the classes or taking additional classes. I have to strictly told them to cancel the classes.
I would like the refund of the payment of the classes from Bhanzu. Was this information helpful? |
