Bhanzu — Not processing unsubscribe to Bhanzu

Complaint against bhanzu regarding not processing my request for unsubscription and not to debit amount from my account . But they r not responding . what to do now . they installed fibe app and amount is debiting from that app. i informed and mail them before 15 days back. but still saying we will working on it. At admission time they promised us we will stop whenever u send a mail . but not responding now.
