I enrolled in a program with Bhanzu and paid ₹51, 998 via UPI and Due to the current uncertain situation in UAE and safety concerns, it is not possible for us to proceed with the classes. The classes have not started yet, and I requested cancellation and a full refund due to personal circumstances. However, the company refused the refund stating that refunds are only considered after 30 sessions with 80% attendance.
