Bhanzu — title: bhanzu refusing refund despite cancellation request before classes started 75, 000 emi issue

Address: [email protected]

I had a very disappointing experience with Bhanzu, operated by Exploring Infinities Edtech Pvt. Ltd.

On the night of 21 September 2026, I enrolled my child in Bhanzu’s online Maths programme and made a payment of ₹75, 000 through an 18-month EMI arrangement linked to my brother’s account. I enrolled after receiving convincing calls from the company’s representatives, which influenced my decision.

However, I requested cancellation the very next morning, on 22 September 2026, before my child attended any classes. The classes were expected to start around 26-27 September 2026, and to the best of my knowledge, my child has never attended or used the programme.

Despite repeatedly contacting the company through emails, WhatsApp messages and follow-ups, I was informed that a refund was not possible under its policy. I have tried to resolve this matter directly with the company, but I have not received a satisfactory solution.

My child is very young and cannot independently manage online classes. I am also preparing to move to the UK for work, and the grandparents caring for my child cannot facilitate the sessions. Continuing with the programme is therefore not practical for our family.

My biggest concern is the financial burden on my brother, whose account is linked to the 18-month EMI arrangement. This unresolved issue has caused significant stress and anxiety. I have also received repeated calls encouraging me to continue with the programme despite clearly communicating my decision to cancel.

I am willing to accept a reasonable and properly justified deduction, even up to one month’s course fee or EMI, if applicable. I am requesting a fair review of my case, cancellation of the enrolment, a transparent refund calculation, and appropriate assistance in resolving the remaining EMI commitment.

I request Bhanzu to respond in writing and provide a fair resolution instead of repeatedly encouraging me to continue with a programme I requested to cancel before classes began.

I am sharing my experience so that other parents carefully check the cancellation, refund and EMI terms before enrolling their children. Please ensure that you fully understand the refund policy and financial commitment before making a payment.

I hope Bhanzu will reconsider my case fairly and help resolve this matter.
