I am sharing this to warn others about an extremely serious case o[censored]nauthorized loan processing and misuse of personal documents by Bhanzu in connection with Fibe (EarlySalary Services Pvt. Ltd.).
I enrolled my child in Bhanzu’s classes after being assured that the course fee would be paid directly. Later, I discovered—through official lender records—that Bhanzu had, without my knowledge or consent, used my personal identification documents (provided only for EMI facility verification) to apply for and process a loan in my name via Fibe.
The lender’s records clearly show Bhanzu as the “Lead Source” for the loan, with all KYC documents (including government-issued ID and a personal photo) submitted without my permission. This amounts to identity misuse and fraud.
When I found out, I immediately contacted Bhanzu multiple times (email, phone, WhatsApp) to cancel the enrolment and stop further deductions. Despite this, EMIs continued to be taken from my account for several months. I have now blocked further debits, but the loan remains active and overdue, damaging my credit score and financial credibility.
This case involves:
Cheating under IPC Section 415
Forgery under IPC Sections 463 & 465
Fraudulent misrepresentation
Unauthorized use of personal ID documents under the IT Act and other laws
My demands to Bhanzu:
Fully refund the loan amount directly to Fibe and ensure immediate loan closure.
Terminate my enrolment and confirm no future deductions will be made.
Provide written confirmation that I have zero liability in this loan.
If Bhanzu fails to act, I will escalate to:
National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)
Cyber Crime Police
Relevant legal and regulatory bodies
