Bhanzu is not providing us a cancellation refund despite we not starting the classes. Within 24 hours of paying, we asked for a refund as we would be unable to go ahead due to personal circumstances. This is a clear case of service cancallation within 24 hours, however, Bhanzu wants us to take 20 classes without which they cannot give a refund. We don’t intend to take any classes and hence we want the full cancellation to the processed. Was this information helpful? |
