Sir/madam i have applied for your bharati axa elite advantage life insurance policy through an agent namely moumita chakraborty, mobile no. [protected]. Policy term was for 12years, premium payable for 7years. Premium of rs. 60, 000/- was paid through bank of badoroda chq. No. 533173 which was duly cleared on 04/01/2016. Nearly some 53 days have passed, neither have i receive the policy bond nor any communication from them. I have made a number of calls to that person through whom i have enrolled the policy. No positive response is received from her. Therefore, i am left with no alternative but to raise the complain in your forum. Please look into. Till date I have neither received the insurance bond from Bharati Axa Insurance ltd nor have I received back my payment of Rs.60000/- paid through Bank of Baroda Cheque as discussed earlier. even no communication is deceived from customer support of Bharati AXA. Please they may be intimated about the latest position of my complain.
