Bharti Airtel — 2G Data Credited Instead of 3G Data | |||
I recharged my mobile no.[protected] from your website on 15.03.2015, but instead of benefit mentioned on site i.e 650 MB 3G data, Bharti Airtel credited 2.5GB 2G data. I m continuously calling their representatives but each time they transfer my call to senior supervisor and after some time they intentionally disconnect my call. Yesterday I talked to a senior representative name Dixita who told me that it will took 24 hours to resolve your problem but it more than 36 hours but till now no action has been taken from their side. Also if their is any fault from service provider side than is the only customer who has to bear all that??? The lady dixita said that it will took 24 hours to check your complaint and further 72 hours to resolve your problem. Now who is the fool here???? Only the CUSTOMER!!! It is quite disappointing from a service provider like Bharti Airtel that instead of solving customers problem their representative disconnect calls and such times which are so long. I hope Consumer Complaint cell will look after my complaint in a strict manner. Was this information helpful? | |||
