[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — 4G not working in 4G sim | |||
I converted my 3g sim into 4g on 25th march 2017, but since then only 2g is working, I can't access even a 3g connectivity and then I complained on twitter and received a message which says that Thank you for contacting us. The reference no. for your Airtel mobile 9xxxx92632 is C4GDC[protected]. Besides this message I just received only one confirmation call which says me to wait till 30th March. I don't need any assurance but I need an action, even they are not providing me any other solution to overcome this issue with immediate effect. Was this information helpful? | |||
