Bharti Airtel — Activation of LAILA LAILA | |||
My name is Budhaditya Chatterjee. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am very disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 09th Jan, 2015 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately by going to our nearest airtel customer service centre in behala. Then again next week I got the sms that "LAILA has been activated” and I went to the customer care and stopped the service and the same thing happened again next week. 3 times in 1 month and when I got the bill as my number is post paid Rs.105 has been added to my account. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please change the bill and reissue the corrected one. Was this information helpful? | |||
