[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel — Airtel employee misguided me by not giving free std minutes benefits.

Hello,
Hoping for the resolution for the issue occurring on my whole CUG group.
The cug group is on my firm name “Makwana Iron Works.”
the plan offered me by sales manager arun Dhar (m. +91 [protected])(Email ID: mailto:Arun.[protected]@in.airtel.com)

For the ref. of my cug group
check my no.

The plan benifit we offered was with Rs. 149 plan with 50 Rs. Rental Waived off.
the free benifits offered in plan is 400 Local + Std Minutes in the plan. But we getting the Local Benifits only.
I am also having the confirm mail from arun dhar with the plan sheet.
and after ported to airtel now no one is responding to my Query.


kindly check the proof i am attaching with the email received with date and time also.

One More Thing, i want to share.

As we are corporate group . so before porting to airtel in Idea we had relation ship manager also for the Query and request.

before taking connection in airtel i confirmed first to provide me a RM for the same .

for which i am still waiting. No RM is being alloted to my CUG group Till now.

This is the airtel service we getting to corporate Connections.

God know if corporate getting so much issues...how much individual personal Users getting.
