[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel — balance deducted whithout any reason

I raghugan sharma my phone no. [protected]. I am customer of bharti airtel from rajasthan circle. Yesterday (07. 06. 2015) they deducted my 32 rupees. When i asked them for reason they told me that this was your data charge while i have 10 mb data left in my account. I i have also told these things to them but they refused to return my money. They cheated me. I have 10 mb data left till now. And they not informed me why they deducted my balance till i didn't ask.

I called customer care ttwo times and got two different reasons for my balance deduction.once they told me that my balance deducted because I opened a big file but I have only 10 mb data left in my account. And other one told that my first account balance is zero so they deducted my balance.when I asked that what can I do with my 10 mb data.he told me that once you off your mobile data then on it again.and then I can use my remaining data.what hell it is? So it is clear that they're cheating customers.

What they replayed me. it is not the solution of my problem.
I want solution why they deducted my balance.And why they are not refunding my balance.
