Bharti Airtel — benefits not got and reasons are unexpected | |||
On 31 of December i recharge my number for an additional pack of 49 for 3 gb data extra and i received the message but i was not able to use my data and i talked to customer care service and they refunded me in my airtel main balance they should have returned to the original payment 1st of all and then tooo i recharged again on 3rd of January after this tooo i was not able to use that on that day too i raised the complaint and they said that it will take 7 days to get resolved and i agreed but i asked them that the data has one day validity and they said that it will be Carried over till the last day of the base unlimited pack i agreed now on 25th of jan i exhausted my data ie. 1.4 gb and now i am unable to use that 3 gb data soo i contacted airtel regarding this issue but this time this was very bad response of there they said that it had only one day validity how and what is airtel doing does there employees are not educated or informed about there scheme or they are not trained they are not giving proper instructions too the people and due to this i am in losss i want the money back or the data in my account please hep me in getting my rights and thankyou.
