Bharti Airtel (Broadband) — Advance payment refund Issues.

Cancellation request with the reference number[protected].

I initiated the transfer connection request not disconnection request. The Airtel team has raised the disconnection request forcefully.

You can check your previous details in which I clearly mentioned the transfer connection request from PUNE to INDORE.

I used an Airtel broadband connection for less than one month in Pune City, after that I moved to a different city (Indore). Hence, I have raised transfer request of my existing connection to my new location (Indore) in month of June-2020, but the re-installation of my old connection is not done by airtel team and they have given me new connection with my existing modem(router) in mid – July2020 without informing to me that we are giving you new broadband connection.

After generating a new bill in Aug-2020 month, I get to know that they have given me a new connection. Therefore, it is a mistake done by the Airtel team not from my side.

Hence I am requesting you to please refund my balanced amount which would around 4600rs INR as I have used it for less than one month and raised the transfer existing connection request but its not done from your side. You can refer to my old email and request raised. Please refund my balance as soon as possible.

@Consumer team: I have been following with Airtel team over email([protected]@in.airtel.com) but i am not getting response over it. Request consumer forum to help me to get my refund amount back.
